How to mix

1. Use RODI / demineralized water. Fill mixing container to desired volume.

2. For 33 ppt (1.025 SG): add ≈ 390 g of Aquaforest Reef Salt per 10 L of water (this equals roughly 3.9 kg per 100 L). Stir vigorously for ~10–15 minutes until fully dissolved.

3. Let mixed water cool to match aquarium temperature (≈24 °C / 75 °F recommended) before adding.

4. Mixed water is typically clear and can be used immediately for top-offs and water changes. For storage, keep in a sealed container and use within 5 days for best results.

Recommended use & tips

• Test key parameters (Ca, Mg, KH, salinity) after mixing and after a water change.

• For tanks with heavy coral demand (SPS), monitor daily and dose supplements (Ca, KH, Mg) as needed to keep levels stable. Aquaforest offers complementary reagents if you prefer brand-matched dosing.

• Avoid mixing at very high temperatures. Aim for stable room temperature while dissolving.
